Things To Follow For A Safe Dental Appointment:

  1. Teleconsultation is mandatory for all before a person visits the clinic. which will include telephonic conversation, pictures, or video calling.
  2. Patients will be taken strictly by prior appointments taken over the phone.
  3. All patients are requested to show up at the scheduled time as the appointment is given considering the time taken to sterilize the operatory before and after each appointment.
  4. Kindly follow all the protocols like social distancing, wearing gloves, face mask, refrain from touching any surfaces in the clinic, etc.
  5. Avoid cash payment if possible. All digital modes of payment accepted.

 

Protocols For Dental Treatment During Covid Pandemic:

  1. According to the government of India advisory, dental problems are classified into emergency, urgent, and elective.
  2. Only emergency or life-threatening dental conditions will be treated in red zones.
  3. Urgent procedures will be undertaken only after teleconsultation, tele-triage, consent, and through pre-fixed appointments, strictly.
  4. Only if necessary, the patient will be advised to visit the clinic for dental treatment.
  5. Aerosol generating procedures like teeth scaling, fillings, crowns, and bridges, etc. will not be performed during a lockdown or until further guidelines from the Government of India.
  6. The treatment and clinic protocols are been followed as per the advice by the Dental Council of India.
